TAXES: Gradeblade is an Oregon company where there is no sales tax. Buyer agrees it is responsible for and shall pay all applicable taxes resulting from this purchase, including sales and use taxes. Buyer agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Gradeblade, and its shareholders, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs, and expenses, including interest, penalties and attorneys fees, incurred by reason of, arising out of, or in connection with Buyer’s failure to pay all applicable taxes resulting from this purchase. If Buyer has a Tax-Exempt certificate please forward to Gradeblade.
PRODUCT USE: Customer accepts and assumes all liability from any and all loss or damage as a result of Gradeblade not being used for its intended as per the manufacturer.
RETURN POLICIES: Gradeblade products are guaranteed for flaws and discrepancies of manufacture. Any such flaw will be easily identified upon installation and initial use. Because this product is designed for rugged use, all materials and manufacturing processes are commensurate with the heavy duty rate of the product. Returns after continued use are not allowed. If you identify any flaws or issues upon receipt, let us know within the first 30 days for resolution.
